When we exchange products, our delivery partners (like Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, etc.) charge us for picking up the old product and delivering the new one. Since it's a two-way service, we kindly ask our customers to cover a one-way charge of Rs. 199.
Certainly, in the event of a return for an order, a return fee of Rs.199 will be applied to cover the return pickup costs. Upon receiving the item back, the order amount will be promptly credited back into the customer’s store wallet. Thank you for your understanding.
